Child Safety Policy For The "PROPULS"
PROPULS (developed by PROPULS LLC, CEO ILYA TIMOSHIN) is committed to providing a safe environment for all users.
We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes sharing, distributing, or promoting any content that sexualizes minors or facilitates child sexual abuse in any way.
Users who encounter such content are encouraged to report it immediately via the in-app report function or by contacting our child safety team at: support@propuls.fun
We review all reports and take appropriate action, including removal of content and reporting to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
Violation of a child's rights
We immediately remove content related to the exploitation or abuse of children from the app (including any content that depicts minors in a sexual context). To report such content, please contact support@propuls.fun.
We do not allow the use of apps to create a threat to children. In particular, we prohibit the promotion of exploitative behavior, including:
inappropriate actions towards children (such as caressing or touching);
seduction of minors, for example, getting to know a child and communicating with him on the Internet in order to commit sexual acts (online or offline) and/or exchange sexual images;
sexualization of minors, for example, the display of materials that demonstrate, provoke or encourage sexual violence against children or portray children in a way that could lead to their sexual exploitation;
blackmail for the purpose of exposing sexual activity (for example, threats or blackmail of a child based on real or perceived access to his intimate photos);
Trafficking in children (for example, involving a child in activities that lead to their further sexual exploitation for commercial purposes).
If we become aware of content depicting minors in a sexual context, we will take all necessary measures, up to and including contacting the National Center for the Prevention of Child Exploitation and Abduction (NCMEC). If you believe that a child is in danger or is at risk of sexual abuse or kidnapping, please contact your local law enforcement agency and a child protection organization immediately, and report the content to support@propuls.fun.
In addition, content intended for children but containing adult content is prohibited, including:
content with scenes of violence, images of blood and injuries;
content that demonstrates or encourages dangerous or harmful actions.
Content that promotes a negative attitude towards oneself and one's body, such as content that shows plastic surgeries, weight loss, and other methods of improving one's appearance, is also prohibited.
